Should have simple method for exclusions (just like aliases) and returns mapped property

A simple method method should be available that only takes an exclusion list and returns a mapped property, just like aliases has. This will only be available for properties that have default constructors.
        var dto  = emp.MapProperties<EmployeeDTO>(dto,new Exclusions { "FirstName" });
As of now, the closest we have to this is
        var dto = new EmployeeDTO();
        emp.MapProperties(dto, new Exclusions { "*Name" });
where the destination (in this case "dto") needs to be passed in. This method must still remain to accommodate objects that do not have default constructors.

New fluid syntax makes this request obsolete. Any rule can be chained.
